MedHealth Connect Outsourcing Inc. is looking for an IT Network and Admin Specialist to join our team. This person will provide technical guidance and support to our business and customers.   


Job Summary: 

As an IT Network and Admin Specialist, you are responsible for the smooth execution of assigned tasks and day to day operations. You will ensure that your work is finished properly and on time. You will assist with hardware and software issues. Also, providing on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting basic and advanced IT issues.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provide management with support in establishing process improvement to benefit of the customer, the employee, and the management.
  • Responsible to provide technical assistance and support to the day-to-day incoming queries and issues related to software and hardware, network, and telephony troubleshooting.
  • Provides 1st level of response and resolution to Incidents raised via the Service Desk.
  • Ensures SLA compliance on all incidents.
  • Administrative duties such as creating documentation, asset management, and project assistance. Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), and other systems.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Preventive Maintenance.
  • Advanced technical tasks (server or network related).
  • Ability to identify, analyze and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization

Technical Skillsets:

  • Working knowledge in Active Directory, Google Workspace, Troubleshooting (Hardware, Application, & Networks), and Endpoint Security Applications.
  • Experience in Incident, Problem Management, and remote assistance.
  • Have keen analytical skills and a critical thinker.
  • Good with MS Office Applications

Job Specification: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
  • Amenable to multitask, do shifting schedules, and flexible for needed overtime.
  • Capable of properly managing escalated complaints and diffuse conflict.
  • Ability to learn new concepts and products quickly and remain current with the technology and tools that support the requirements of the team.
  • Ability to operate within a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-service focused and has strong knowledge of the company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently on initiatives with little supervision. Motivated and willing to learn.
  •  Good interpersonal skills and able to work with a global team.

Pay: Php25,000 Basic plus Php3,000 Non-taxable allowance

  • 8 hour shift
  • Shifting Schedule
  • Willing to render overtime as needed
